Loro Kirby Opening September 28th!

    Join us for Kirby's Opening Party on Sept. 28th!

    Loro will open its fifth location to the public near Rice Village at 5333 Kirby Drive, Houston on September 28th. This newest Loro is the second to open in Houston, joining the Heights location that opened in 2022. Loro is a concept in the Hai Hospitality family that is also home to the award-winning restaurants Uchi, Uchiko, Uchibā and Oheya.

    For opening day, September 28th, we will be offering $5 all day boozy slushees, and branded yeti cups for the first 100 guests. We can't wait to see you there!

  • Loro is our go to when we’re looking for a chill date night with great food during the week. The corn fritters are a MUST! I don’t think I can come here and not order them. Also, you must try their ribs, available only on Sunday and Monday. They are SO good. Their boozy slushies are a great way to cool down in this heat; the frozen gin and tonic is my go to! Great place to go with family, friends and also, a pet friendly patio with misted fans.

  • I finally had a chance to visit Loro for brunch with a friend. We got the hush puppies, chicken karage, cod sandwich, butchers cut & lemonade to wash it all down. Everything tasted absolutely phenomenal and fresh. It’s counter service ordering and they bring your dishes to your table as it is ready. Great for groups and sharing. The ambiance was lovely, it’s a well designed restaurant. Can’t wait to be back to try more items!

  • Quickly has become my favorite restaurant in Houston. Fresh wholesome ingredients, incredible flavors (savory-sweet-spicy combinations, anyone?), great casual atmosphere, and no reservation/planning in advance needed. You order at the bar and still get great service. I often see young children and babies with their families at the long communal tables, and people on dates in the banquettes - works great for all types of occasions. Best part: there are lots of delicious, filling vegetarian dishes. Sometimes the same dish will vary in taste, depending on the day, but that’s what I expect when food is fresh. Thank you Loro!

    Our Houston Kirby happy hour is from 2pm to 6pm Monday through Friday and features a unique menu of specialty bites, sandwiches, snacks, and discounts on beer, wine, cocktails and our signature boozy slushess.

  • Is it possible to reserve the entire restaurant?

  • Does Loro Kirby take reservations?

    We do not take reservations, but we definitely saved you a seat! Our expansive indoor and outdoor seating areas are great for small and large groups. If you need to reserve a spot for a private party or a group of more than 20, please reach out to us here and we can help accommodate your requests.

  • Do you have takeout & Delivery?

    Yes, we offer takeout that can be ordered the same day via our website. Delivery options are available through our partners: UberEats and DoorDash. We also offer catering packages that can be picked up curbside or delivered via our partner EZcater.

    Yes, we are happy to welcome you and your dog on our dog friendly patios.

  • Is there a kids menu at Loro Kirby?

    We do not offer a kid specific menu, but have many options that kids love. Pro Tip: order the chicken karaage or the sesame noodles “kid friendly” for a less spicy version.
